therapeutic services and digital products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under
which refunds may be issued.
Important Note: Due to
the nature of our digital products and personalized therapeutic services, all sales are
generally considered final. However, we are committed to resolving any issues and will review
refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
1. Therapeutic Services (Sessions)
1.1 Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds for scheduled therapy sessions (Hypnotherapy, Chakra Therapy, Music & Art Therapy) are
subject to the following policy:

1.2 Rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours notice.
- Rescheduling requests must be made via email or phone.
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original date.
1.3 Practitioner Cancellation
In the rare event that we need to cancel a session:
- You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional
cost.
- We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a convenient alternative time.
2. Digital Products (Artwork & Scripts)
2.1 General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our artwork and professional scripts, all sales are
final once the product has been delivered/downloaded. Digital products cannot be
"returned" in the traditional sense.
2.2 Exceptions
We may issue a refund for digital products in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or download your purchased
product due to technical errors on our end.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice.
- Product Not as Described: If the delivered product significantly differs from
the description on our website.
- Corrupted Files: If the downloaded files are corrupted and we cannot provide a
working replacement.
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with personal aesthetic preferences (artwork style, colors, etc.).
- Inability to use the product due to customer's software or hardware limitations.
- Products that have been partially or fully used.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Request."
- Provide Details: Include your order number, purchase date, and the reason for
your refund request.
- Await Review: We will review your request within 3-5 business
days and respond with our decision.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10
business days to your original payment method.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method (PayHere, credit card, etc.).
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment (LKR).
5. Promotional Offers & Discounts
- Products or services purchased with promotional discounts or gift vouchers are subject to the
same refund policy.
- Refunds will be issued for the actual amount paid, not the original price.
- Gift vouchers and promotional credits are non-refundable but may be transferable.
6. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If we offer physical products (printed artwork, merchandise) in the future:
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
