- Music & Art Therapy: Creative therapeutic interventions for emotional and
mental well-being.
- Digital Products: Original artwork and professional scripts available for
purchase.
- Educational Resources: A library of insightful articles for knowledge and
mental wellness mastery.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Therapeutic Services
3.1 Nature of Services
Our therapeutic services (Hypnotherapy, Chakra Therapy, Music & Art Therapy) are complementary
wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric
care, or professional mental health services. We recommend consulting with healthcare professionals
for medical conditions.
3.2 Booking & Appointments
- Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or contact channels.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- You agree to provide accurate information during booking and intake processes.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund; session is forfeited.
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
3.4 Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Disclose relevant medical and psychological history honestly.
- Follow pre-session and post-session guidelines provided.
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
- Treat the practitioner and premises with respect.
4. Digital Products & Purchases
4.1 Artwork & Scripts
We offer original artwork and professional scripts for purchase. All digital products are subject to
the following terms:
- Products are delivered digitally via email or download link.
- Prices are displayed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
- All sales are final for digital products (see Return Policy for exceptions).
4.2 License & Usage
- Purchasing artwork grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display and
enjoy the work.
- Professional scripts are for personal therapeutic use only unless a commercial
license is purchased separately.
- Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
- Copyright remains with Harmony Mind Tri Wellness Centre.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept payments through PayHere and other approved payment methods.
- All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- You are responsible for any international transaction fees charged by your bank.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, artwork,
scripts, and educational materials, is the property of Harmony Mind Tri Wellness Centre and is
protected by copyright laws.

- In cases where there is risk of harm to yourself or others.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
